Galanis and Townsend were selected at Endeavor’s 15th virtual International Selection Panel (ISP). The ISP is the culmination of a rigorous multi-step interview and selection process to identify entrepreneurs who demonstrate the potential to leverage Endeavor’s resources to create large-scale wealth and jobs and are committed to reinvesting in their local entrepreneurship ecosystems.
Chicago-based Cameo connects fans directly with their favorite pop culture icons via personalized video messages, live calls, and direct messages. The company operates through a website and mobile app and currently works with over 40,000 members of the “talent” community, including athletes, actors, digital influencers, and others, to sell personalized content to fans. Cameo recently announced that it has raised $100 million in Series C funding at a valuation of over $1 billion. Including this funding round, the company has raised over $165 million.
