NWA’s NOWDiagnostics Chosen as Endeavor Entrepreneur at 7th Virtual International Selection Panel
Bentonville, AR — Endeavor concluded the 7th Virtual International Selection Panel (ISP) with the selection of nine new high-impact entrepreneurs representing 1,310 companies from 37 markets around the world, including Northwest Arkansas’ Now Diagnostics entrepreneurs, Kevin Clark and Jeremy Wilson.
NOWDiagnostics is a developer and manufacturer of medical devices that deliver an innovative diagnostics testing solution for use at the point-of-care and at home. The company’s diagnostic tests simplify the process of detecting diseases and common ailments such as food intolerance, allergies, STIs and respiratory/chronic illnesses. Its innovative tests deliver results in less than 15 minutes, enabling patients and caregivers to make quicker, more intelligent healthcare choices. With eight tests CE Marked, one FDA 510k cleared for use in the U.S., and an additional 36 tests in the pipeline including COVID-19 antibody and antigen tests, NDx is dedicated to the commercialization of affordable, rapid diagnostic tests that deliver accurate, laboratory-quality results with just a drop of blood or saliva.
Commenting on their selection into the global network, NowDiagnostics CEO Kevin Clark said,“We are excited to be part of a network of transformational entrepreneurs. This will enable us to access Endeavor’s international presence and take advantage of their broad-reaching peer-to-peer network. This extraordinary group of leaders will challenge us to develop more cutting-edge products that will help solve some of today’s most challenging global health issues – like COVID-19. I look forward to being part of such a supportive, innovative and impactful ecosystem.”
NowDiagnostics Founder and Chairman Jeremy Wilson said, “As a global company, accessing a global mentorship network from right here in Northwest Arkansas is exciting and gives us that opportunity to collaborate with other talented entrepreneurs. The Endeavor process has reinforced how important it is to not just think big but also to give back and strengthen your local community. We look forward to working with the entire Endeavor team.”
The ISP is the final phase of a multi-step rigorous selection process, where candidates pitch their companies to top international business leaders and investors from the Endeavor network, making those obtaining a unanimous vote officially Endeavor Entrepreneurs. Once selected into the network by a team of global panelists, entrepreneurs gain access to a wide array of services that will enable them to scale their businesses and multiply their impact.
Endeavor Heartland’s Managing Director, Canem Arkan added, “I firmly believe NOWDiagnostics has the capacity to revolutionize healthcare. We are so excited to be working with them to scale faster and reach the furthest markets. We know they will inspire future Heartland leaders, scientists, and innovators to transform healthcare in our region and beyond.”
Endeavor Board Member, Clete Brewer added, “NOWDiagnostics is an incredibly unique company that has the opportunity to change the world by bringing the power of diagnostics closer to the home, which I believe to be the future of healthcare services. We’re thrilled to be welcoming them to the Endeavor network and are excited to help them scale as they pursue new markets in the commercialization of affordable, rapid diagnostic tests.”
