Endeavor is an organization that deeply embraces the concept of quality over quantity into every facet of what we do. Our thesis reflects the Power Law – an understanding that transformative economic impact is possible by concentrating the resources of the world’s leading entrepreneurial community into a relatively small number of the highest potential entrepreneurs. This is our goal: to play a material role in creating the next handful of great companies that will drive economic growth throughout WNY and beyond. 

With such an audacious goal that can only be truly achieved over many years, measuring near-term impact can be a challenge. But the best entrepreneurs know: if you can’t measure it you can’t achieve it. So the Endeavor Western NY (EWNY) team is thrilled to share our 4-year Impact Report, celebrating the most promising entrepreneurs from our region and their successes since the office launched in 2020. 

Since then, EWNY has selected 14 entrepreneurs from 8 companies at either the local, national or international level. Those companies have:

• Generated $548M in revenue
• Achieved a combined valuation of $2.3B
• Created 649 jobs

Endeavor is built on the belief that high-impact entrepreneurs transform economies. Lasting impact is measured in decades, not years, but we are extremely proud of the progress to date and excited to continue supporting the fastest growing, late-stage founders in Upstate NY. 

For founders participating in Endeavor WNY’s selection process, and ultimately those who become Endeavor Entrepreneurs, the organization’s role is to bring access to the premier global network of mentors, peers, and capital providers to Upstate NY.
