Endeavor Southeast Impact Report 2025

At Endeavor Southeast, we measure impact by what gets built, and by what lasts.

This past year marked an important chapter for our organization. We officially transitioned from Endeavor Midwest to Endeavor Southeast, reflecting both the growth of our footprint and the ambition of the founders we serve. Today, our work spans Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, and Tennessee—rooted in local ecosystems, connected to a global network, and focused on one thing above all else: helping exceptional entrepreneurs scale.

In 2025, our founders raised capital, created jobs, expanded into new markets, and reinvested in the communities where they chose to build. We welcomed new Endeavor U.S. Entrepreneurs, expanded our Board and Advisory leadership, and deepened partnerships with investors, operators, and institutions who believe that building where you are matters. These results didn’t happen by chance. They are the outcome of like-minded people focused on execution and communities aligned around long-term growth.

This impact report reflects more than numbers—it reflects our mission. We work with people who build. Who choose scale over stagnation, risk over comfort, and commitment over convenience. Who don’t just build companies, but help shape ecosystems, create opportunity, and multiply impact for others.

As we look ahead, our focus is clear. We will continue to raise the bar for what high-impact entrepreneurship looks like wherever we are.
