Louisville, Kentucky — December 2, 2025, Endeavor Southeast is proud to announce that Steve Poe, Chief Executive Officer of Poe Companies, has joined its Board of Directors. Poe brings nearly four decades of leadership in construction, real estate development, and community investment to the Endeavor Southeast Board, strengthening the organization’s mission to support high-impact founders who scale companies, transform industries, and multiply impact across the region.
